These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every purchase you make through this website (the "Site"), operated by ROY Mobile. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the Site — and feel free to reach out to us first, we're happy to talk it through.

We sell affordable, everyday mobile accessories — earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, neckbands, mobile covers, mobile skins and tempered glass — and we want buying them to feel simple and trustworthy, not risky.

ROY Mobile is an online retailer of mobile and audio accessories, registered and operating in India. Our support and business details are listed in the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of this page and in our website footer.

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You're responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice any unauthorised activity, tell us immediately.

We work hard to keep product photos, descriptions and prices accurate. That said, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and because we sell budget-friendly, fast-moving stock, availability can change quickly. If an item you've ordered goes out of stock before we ship it, we'll let you know and offer a full refund or a swap for a similar product — whichever you'd prefer.

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing error (for example, a typo) before your order is confirmed and paid for.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy — we confirm the order once payment is successfully verified. All online payments on the Site are processed through Razorpay, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — Razorpay handles that securely on our behalf.

If a payment is deducted from your account but the order doesn't show as confirmed, don't place a second order right away — write to us with your payment reference and we'll sort it out, including a refund if the amount was actually charged and no order went through.

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation — typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier disruptions or remote pin codes, and we'll keep you posted if that happens to your order.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we aren't able to reroute a shipment once it has left our warehouse, though we'll always try our best to help.

You can cancel an order for free any time before it's shipped, from your account's Order History or by contacting support. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives, under our Return & Refund Policy.

We stand behind what we sell. Full details of our return window, replacement process and refund timelines are covered in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you — no drama, no hard questions.

Our earbuds, speakers, neckbands and chargers contain batteries and electronic components. Please use only the charging cable/adapter provided or a certified equivalent, avoid exposing devices to water beyond their rated resistance, and stop use immediately if you notice swelling, unusual heat or damage to a battery. Follow the safety instructions in the product box at all times.

Everything on this Site — the ROY name and logo, product photography, page designs and written content — belongs to ROY Mobile or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy, reproduce or reuse our content commercially without asking us first.

We aim for a smooth experience every time, but to the extent permitted by Indian law, ROY Mobile isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or Site (for example, data loss from a connected device). This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any right to a refund, replacement or repair described in our policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through our support team in good faith; if it can't be resolved that way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.

We may update these Terms occasionally — for example, as we add new product categories or payment options. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
